1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy helps protect Sarvoi, our customers, telecom networks, and call recipients.
2. Prohibited use
You may not use Sarvoi for illegal calls, fraud, impersonation, harassment, scams, abusive robocalling, unauthorized recorded broadcasts, unlawful debt collection, malicious traffic, deceptive caller ID practices, or calls that violate telecom or privacy laws.
3. Consent and opt-out
You must obtain required consent before calling recipients and must honor opt-out, do-not-call, and suppression requests promptly. This includes AI outbound calls, route test calls, AI based CLI verification calls, and recorded message broadcasts.
4. Caller identity
You may not use misleading caller identity, spoofed caller ID, or false representations about who is calling or why.
5. Sensitive content
You must not use Sarvoi to transmit harmful, threatening, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
6. Platform integrity
You may not attempt to bypass limits, attack the platform, interfere with other users, scrape protected data, or misuse APIs.
7. Gateway owner responsibility
If you use Sarvoi with your own gateway, you are responsible for ensuring your gateway, route, caller ID, traffic, prefixes, customers, and downstream users comply with applicable law and acceptable-use requirements.
8. Enforcement
Sarvoi may suspend or terminate accounts, campaigns, or access if we believe the service is being misused or legal/regulatory risk exists.
