1. Acceptance
By using Sarvoi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Sarvoi provides outbound voice campaign tools, AI voice agent tools, route testing, recorded message broadcast tools, AI based CLI verification, gateway-based campaign routing, call analytics, text-to-speech generation, and related reporting features.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords, and ensuring all activity under your account is authorized and lawful.
4. Campaign compliance
You must have proper authority, consent, and legal basis for all outbound calls, uploaded contact lists, recorded message broadcasts, AI based CLI verification calls, and AI campaigns. You are responsible for respecting do-not-call requests, opt-out requests, caller ID rules, and applicable telecom regulations.
5. Gateway and provider usage
If you connect your own gateways or third-party providers, you are responsible for their configuration, charges, quality, lawful use, customer traffic, and compliance obligations. Sarvoi may provide tools to route calls through your gateways, but you remain responsible for the routes and numbers you choose to use.
6. Billing
Paid plans, wallet deductions, TTS charges, AI charges, and provider usage may apply based on your selected features and configured rates. The Pro subscription may remove standard campaign limits, but AI campaigns, premium TTS providers, and admin/shared gateway usage are billed separately unless expressly included in a written plan or offer.
7. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but Sarvoi may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party provider issues, infrastructure problems, or events outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarvoi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
